Premise

Firstly, the film features two tow truck drivers, Malik (Jamie Foxx) and Danny (Jeremy Piven), who are basketball fans and adore their respective favorite players, LeBron James, and Stephen Curry. Danny’s friend Abby (Jessica Szohr) reconsiders the relationship because she doesn’t want to take a back seat.

Lastly, the two drivers get a break from their dead-end job when they win tickets to the NBA All-Star Game. On their way to the big game, Malik and Danny meet the beautiful and mysterious Asia (Eva Longoria), who may have her secret plans.

Firstly, in October 2012, the film was first announced as part of an informal partnership between Jamie Foxx and Ken Jeong in which they agreed to star in movies written by each other.

However, Because of the association, Jeong signed for All-Star Weekend while Foxx would have starred in Jeong’s After Prom, but the production of that film ended in a developing hell.

During a July 2017 podcast interview on The Joe Rogan Experience, Jamie Foxx revealed that he would “play a racist white cop” and “convince Robert Downey Jr. to play a Mexican.”
